The Funny-Pens.com online store wants to satisfy the wishes of all our customers as much as possible, so we deliver the purchased goods to your address in Slovenia the next business day after your purchase, if the goods are in stock and the order is received by 12:00. Otherwise, we will notify you of the exact date of delivery. For customers outside Slovenia delivery time is written in delivery page.

In case the buyer is not present at the agreed address at delivery, the goods can be validly picked up by an adult who lives in the same household together with the buyer, or by another person who has the authorization for pickup. The person who accepts the delivered product, acknowledges the acceptance of the product and the acceptance of all accompanying documents by signing the bill of lading, together with his name, surname and date of acceptance.
